Jill Jones- Director of Operations
Jill is operationally responsible for LIFT-Financial, LIFT-Sport, LIFT-Mortgages, LIFT-Insurance and LIFT-WorkWise and oversees all things people and HR-related across the group. Alongside this Jill also takes a lead role in the LIFT-Academy which develops our future Chartered Financial Planners.

Colette Noble- Director of Strategy
Colette is operationally responsible for LIFT-Invest and has management responsibility for IT, Marketing, Business Change and Finance for the group. As part of this Colette oversees all group projects, ranging from client solutions to new technology implementations.

Jonny Stubbs- Director of Risk
Jonny is responsible for ensuring that the LIFT group meets all its regulatory responsibilities, as well as providing the technical support that the business needs in terms of compliance and technical areas. Jonny has management responsibility for the compliance and technical support analyst (paraplanning) teams.
