I recently took up CrossFit which I love due to the great workouts and the amazing community spirit. I enjoy walking in the countryside, preferably when the Great British weather isn’t a wash out. I love to bake especially something chocolate based.

Who or what gives you a lift?

Gigs, they are usually Manchester based band at a Manchester venue. Also hosting my family and friends at home, eating, drinking and laughing till my belly hurts.
