Workplace Financial Education

Financial education at its best

Employees' mental health and physical wellbeing are high on the agenda for most HR departments. Financial wellbeing is a significant piece of this jigsaw and one where an employer can really help their employees.

Financial wellbeing means having people in control of their finances, their capacity to protect themselves from financial risk and to make choices that allow them to enjoy life. A recent study conducted by the Centre of Economics and Business Research concluded that poor financial wellbeing costs UK employers £1.56 billion each year through absenteeism and presenteeism.

Helping your employees make better financial decisions can pay dividends

The objective of our seminars is to increase financial awareness for employees and ensure that they have the opportunity to put their finances in good order. The seminars will help employees:

  1. Focus their attention on the importance of financial wellbeing
  2. Build knowledge so they can make informed decisions
  3. Save more effectively through tax and financial planning
  4. Receive relevant financial education for the various stages in their career
